    Deputy general manager of Guangzhou Vanke, general manager of Dalian Vake, general manager of process and information management department of the group, general manager of engineering management department and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Vanke. He has rich experience in management of project, company, engineering, purchasing and cost control and operation.

    From 2008 to 2012

    Manager of project development department of Shenzhen Vanke. During this period, he made the acquisition of 10 cases of land and projects, total area was 3-million m2, and market value was RMB 45-billion, which paved a firm foundation for the sustained development of Shenzhen Vanke. General manager of Huizhou Vanke in 2010. He increased the sales volume of Huizhou Vanke from RMB 100-million to RMB 1.5-billion within 2 years.

    General manager of sales and marketing management center of Shenzhen Vanke, sales and marketing director of Shenzhen Vanke, and general manager of Longgang business department.

    As the team leader, he realized more than RMB 10-billion of sales volume with his team in 2010 and 2011, which made Shenzhen Vanke win the leading position in the group and Shenzhen market. He was the chief expert of sales and marketing expert team of the group and won the highest honor and the highest professional award-- professional achievement prize of Vanke Group. He was the only one person who was chosen by Southern Metropolis Daily and Peking University HSBC Business School to get the prize of Chinese real estate person 2011. He has powerful abilities of business orienting.
